I ordered the wrong size, so I figured returning it would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more annoying than expected. The refund took too long, and I had to email them twice just to get an update. What really got on my nerves was having to verify the same information more than once, like they kept asking me to confirm stuff I’d already sent. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely a headache.

I thought getting the bundle would save me a bit more, but i’m not sure it was much of a deal. The prices still felt kind of high for what was included, though maybe I just expected too much

I had a warranty issue pop up with my cutter after a few months, and I was fully prepared to stay totally calm about it. You know, in the way where you’re absolutely not already annoyed and expecting a whole ordeal.

I emailed Swing Design with my order info and a few photos, and they actually got back to me quickly. They asked a couple reasonable questions, nothing weird or excessive, and then helped get the warranty replacement started without making me chase them around.
Shipping took a bit, but that wasn’t really on them, so I remained very relaxed and normal about that too. Overall, it was way easier than I expected, and I’d buy from them again.

Felt overpriced for what it was. I found better deals elsewhere after looking around, so it just didn’t feel worth it for my budget.

I was able to find what I needed, but the site felt a bit slow and some of the menus were kind of confusing. Checkout went through fine, so that part was easy enough. Overall, it’s not bad, it just could be a lot more "user-friendly."

I found the vinyl color I needed easily, and somehow it was actually in stock. Wild concept, I know. Overall, it was a quick and painless experience.

My order got here on time, so no complaints there, but the box was banged up when it arrived. Luckily nothing inside was broken, but there really wasn’t much padding, so I was a little nervous opening it up. The product itself was totally fine, I just wish they’d packed it a bit more carefully...

My order issue did get sorted out in the end, so I’ll give them that. The support team was polite enough, but wow, it took way too many emails and a lot of waiting. For something simple, I really shouldn’t have had to keep chasing it down like that.

I thought the selection was decent, like they do have a good amount of things to look through. But also some colors I was hoping for and a couple items I wanted just were not there, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t bad or anything, just sometimes it feels kind of limited in a weird way.

I don’t usually expect everything to show up overnight, but this took way longer than I’d consider reasonable. I waited and waited, and the order still arrived late. For me, reliable shipping is important, so this was disappointing.

I was trying to place my order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me over and over. I got so frustrated because I had everything ready to go and just couldn’t finish the purchase...

I got my tracking info fast, and the updates was easy to follow. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but overall the communication was good.

My order did show up eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the updates were all over the place and support took way longer than it should’ve. Nothing totally disastrous happened, but the whole thing felt shaky, like they didn’t really have it together. I’d be cautious and check a bunch of other reviews before handing these guys much money.

I ordered a few vinyl colors from Swing Design, and unfortunately two of them weren’t what I picked. One roll was a completely different shade, and another item was missing altogether. I double-checked my order confirmation and everything was listed correctly, so I’m not sure how it got packed wrong. Getting it sorted out took way more back and forth than it should have, which was really frustrating. I was disappointed and don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

The vinyl sheets looked good overall, but a few of the edges were bent when I got them. They’re still usable, so I guess it’s not the end of the world, but I was disappointed. I feel like I always end up being the one who gets the imperfect batch when I’m expecting something a little better.

They replied quickly and helped get everything sorted without making it feel like a big hassle, which I really appreciated. it was just a smooth experience all around, and I feel like that kind of support makes a difference, right?
